2. A two litre calibrated polycarbonate container - a non-leaching with a square base which helps to propel food back into the centre. Conventional blenders with the round base seem throw out the food to the side which means it is not blended evenly.
3. Central Tamper - The tamper can be directed by you while the blender is operating to push around the food. The tamper prevents air bubbles from forming while blending, and maintains circulation. Use it when making frozen ice creams, pureeing fruit and vegetables, making nut butters and so on.
