Our Grawnola is hand-made in small batches from sprouted buckwheat, cashew, brazil nut, chia and coconut which is dehydrated and blended with some of natures finest superfoods, including goji berries, cacao and maca. This action-packed blend will provide you with a 100% raw bounding nutritional goodness.
Grawnola is packed with nutrition so a little goes a long way. Start small - you can always have a second, or third bowl. We suggest a serving size of 50g. Best served with your favourite nut milk, or any other that you enjoy. You can also eat it like a trail mix, to be snacked on anytime of day you need a superfoods boost or just want some.
